Active business license, tax ID or EIN, physical location. No drop-shippers or Amazon-only resellers.
Retail counter, service center, distributor, fleet, transit, dealer, or OEM parts. Full list of qualified channels above.
No hard minimum on your first order. Projected annual volume determines your tier placement. Volume reviews happen annually, with automatic upgrades as you scale.
Standard credit check for accounts requesting Net-30 terms. Cash, ACH, and credit card accounts approved without credit check from order one.
Any verified B2B buyer in a channel we supply: parts stores, service centers, tire and glass shops, oil change centers, auto dealers, parts distributors, HD distributors, marine dealers, commercial fleet operators, transit authorities, heavy-duty truck dealers, and OEM parts departments. If your business model is in the B2B lane and you have a tax ID, you probably qualify.
Most applications approve within two business days. Complex or specialty accounts (unusual channels, very large projected volume, international applications) can take up to five business days. We tell you the status at every stage.
Three tiers. Placement is based on channel and projected annual volume. Tiers are reviewed annually, and accounts that consistently exceed their tier are upgraded automatically. Volume break pricing is also available within each tier at 1–4, 5–24, and 25+ units per SKU.
No hard minimum. Your first order can be a single SKU to get set up. Tier pricing is based on projected annual volume, not per-order size.
Yes, for accounts that pass standard credit approval. Cash, ACH, and credit card accounts are approved without credit check from the first order. Most retail counter accounts start on credit card and move to Net-30 terms after the first few orders.
Yes. Standard X12 850 / 855 / 856 / 810 documents supported. EDI setup happens during onboarding for accounts that request it. Our IT team scopes the integration and most implementations complete within three weeks of kickoff.
Yes. Drop ship to stores, DCs, or directly to end customers is available for qualified accounts. Blind-ship packaging and paperwork with your account info for retail and dealer accounts. Contact your account manager to set up drop-ship capability.
Large project buys and specialty agreements are scoped separately from the standard wholesale tier. Contact the sales team with your project specs. Lead time, pricing, and terms are agreed up front and locked for the duration of the program.
Wholesale is for resellers and channel buyers. If your need is something different, we have a separate program.
